I’ve always had a passion for helping others, and for over 35 years, I’ve dedicated myself to helping businesses and individuals along their journey.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with some of the biggest brands in the world, like AT&T, McDonald’s, Wells Fargo, and Fedex. I’ve helped them create comprehensive customer experience strategies that blend social media, web development, content marketing, sales automation, e-commerce and other tactics to deliver personalized service to customers worldwide.
But my passion isn’t just about big corporations. I’ve also been dedicated to empowering people in underserved communities and helping young professionals improve their status and careers. That’s why I’ve spoken at prestigious universities and taken on a position as an instructor at the University of Madison-Wisconsin, where I can share my knowledge and experience with the next generation.
Currently, my professional focus is on telling the stories of brands and people throughout the CX industry to help them continue to stay relevant and thrive at the work they do.
